Enrolling Cards

Introduction

Astrada offers several methods for you to enroll cards to access transaction data. In this document, we will go through the available methods and the Astrada features and functionalities they can enable.

Enrollment Options

Cardholder individual enrollment is tailored to meet your specific requirements, whether you handle individual card data directly or prefer not to manage sensitive card information yourself. This feature offers you flexible enrollment options through our secure SDK.

Our SDK provides a secure and user-friendly solution that allows your users to enroll their cards themselves, simplifying the process by reducing your compliance requirements and enhancing safety by ensuring that all card data is handled securely and following industry standards.

Cardholder individual enrollment offers a versatile card management solution that adapts to your business needs, ensuring both autonomy in data management for compliant users and comprehensive security for those who opt for indirect card handling.

Network bulk enrollment is designed to streamline your go-to-market strategy at scale with eligible commercial cards. This method enables you to achieve 100% coverage of your customer's card portfolio through a single, efficient enrollment process.

This enrollment option is specifically available for corporate customers whose commercial card portfolios are managed by their issuing bank partners. These portfolios are typically handled in an aggregated, secure, and compliant manner, allowing for the streamlined transfer and ingestion of data.

Network bulk enrollment simplifies and centralizes the onboarding journey, enabling you to enroll all employee cards simultaneously and ensure that new cards are continuously managed without placing any burden on individual employees or cardholders. This process minimizes the complexity of managing multiple card enrollments and enhances operational efficiency.

This enrollment flow is provided by Astrada via API, ensuring a secure and direct integration for handling network bulk enrollments.
