List of unhappy paths during the enrollment journey through our SDK.
Attempting to enroll card that is already enrolled but not verified
For Fingerprint Step:
The Web-SDK will prompt the user for card details and resume the verification process from the fingerprint step.
For Challenge Step
The Web-SDK will prompt the user for card details and resume the verification process from the challenge step.
For Long wait time (1+ hour)
The Web-SDK will prompt the user for card details and start a new verification process.
Attempting to enroll a new card
Internal Error
The Web-SDK will display an error page with the title "Card enrollment failed". The user can attempt to enroll the card again.
Card not supported (Stolen Card)
When a Stolen card was used for enrollment, the Web-SDK will display an error page with the title "Card enrollment failed". While the user can attempt to enroll the card again, all subsequent attempts will fail.
