Update bank subscription webhook

Updates the webhook URL for a bank subscription. Webhook events for transactions and matches associated with this subscription will be delivered to the specified URL.

After updating, the webhook status will be set to pending until the provider acknowledges the new URL, at which point it transitions to confirmed.
