The network does not support the card type

Description

The card cannot be enrolled because a platform-level rule set by Astrada blocks its card type and funding type on this network. Today this covers Visa consumer debit and prepaid cards. No account or subaccount setting can override it; the rules in force are reported read-only as networkBlockedCards on the subaccount.

How to solve

Enroll a card of a different type. Consumer credit and commercial cards are not affected by this rule.
